A little bit about
Olivier Passebecq
Growing up in the breathtaking landscapes of the south of France, I developed a deep love for nature and the connections it fosters, always enjoying bringing people to the nearby waterfalls or having long conversations at the summit of a mountain peak.
Throughout my life, conflict has been a recurring presence, often left unresolved, which sparked my deep interest in transforming division into understanding and collaboration. My first occupation, however, led me to live in Asia and later London, where I worked as a photographer for many years.
I’ve always loved people and connection, and working with teams while capturing the essence of people and places was perfectly aligned with my desire to connect with all kinds of human beings.
But this fast-paced lifestyle left me feeling disconnected from my roots and my sense of balance.
I faced significant struggles in my relationships, experienced the loss of several family members and close ones, and watched as both my physical and mental well-being deteriorated. Intense anxiety, stress, immune problems, addictions, and chronic inflammation became part of my daily reality.
In an effort to care for myself, I explored many avenues, methods, and disciplines. Some were clearly not for me, but others opened doors to transformation. I became deeply interested in Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and mediations, seeking skills to navigate relationships with more awareness and compassion. This process led me to connect more deeply with my feelings and needs.
At the same time, I discovered the Wim Hof Method, which revolutionized my life. It transformed my metabolism, restored a sense of vitality and strength, and rekindled my motivation.
I eventually moved back to the south of France and, through a friend, was introduced to IR Therapy (Intelligence Relationnelle). This was a revelation in understanding the nervous system, its regulation, and the profound role of co-regulation in emotional healing.
This journey of rediscovery brought me back to myself—my body, my connection to nature, and my inner balance. It taught me the importance of presence, resilience, and meaningful relationships.
Today, I am passionate about supporting others in building deep, authentic connections—with themselves, nature, their loved ones, and their communities—using the understandings and practices that have profoundly supported me.

Things that matter to me
Interconnection
Our needs are deeply interconnected. The more I meet my own needs with awareness and care, the more I contribute to meeting the needs of others and supporting the well-being of life on Earth.
Power With, Not Power Over
Collaboration and shared power are at the heart of my approach. Building relationships based on respect and mutual support is how I want to create lasting, meaningful change.
The Beauty of the Uncomfortable
I trust there is profound beauty in exploring what feels uncomfortable or scary. Within those edges lies immense potential for growth, transformation, and the revealing of our gift.
Rediscovering Meaning
Many of our ancestors lived with a deep connection to each other and the Earth. Can we rediscover this wisdom while embracing the benefits of technology, building a world where togetherness and nature thrive alongside it ?
Testimonial
“I am incredibly grateful for the spaces for unfolding that Olivier offers. I experience immense spaciousness, presence and gentleness in his holding and guiding.
He’s able to create a truly healing space of safety and acceptance – accompanying me in fully meeting and welcoming what is and intuitively inviting just the right process for whatever is emerging.
His honesty and openness are contagious and I appreciate the way he radiates compassion, always bringing his whole heart to the work he does.
Every session (no matter how different they may look) is remarkably meaningful and powerful. “
