Olivier

Many of us only start learning to communicate when a relationship is already at breaking point. I’d love to offer you another way in.

Hi, I’m Olivier. I support men who want to feel more at ease in their relationships: with a partner, with friends, with family, and with themselves.

Maybe things look fine from the outside, and still something feels distant. Maybe conflict leaves you either going quiet or pushing harder than you’d like. I know both places. Growing up, I had very few examples of how a man can stay present, honest and close when things get tense. Learning that has been a big part of my path, and it’s what I share now.

I bring together Nonviolent Communication, nervous system awareness, attachment theory and a lot of practices. Tools you can use at the dinner table, in the middle of an argument, or on a walk with a friend.

You can work with me one to one or join one of the groups I facilitate. I also run workshops on the principles of conscious communication, and gatherings that go deep indoors or, when the weather allows, take us outside. On the retreats I organise and co-organise, we reconnect with ourselves, with each other and with nature. And if you already have some experience with NVC, you’re welcome in the online NVC men’s group I’ve co-hosted for almost seven years.

I want to welcome you exactly as you are, in your wholeness, your weirdness and your uniqueness.
