Individual Therapy Sessions

At the heart of my work is a deep commitment to a truly human approach, grounded in compassion, presence, and non-judgment. I believe that meaningful healing and growth happen when you feel genuinely seen and safe.

My purpose is to support you in a way that meets you exactly where you are, offering not just clear guidance and structure, but also warmth, humanity, and a heartfelt presence.

"Healing is not the absence of pain, but the presence of wholeness." -Gabor Maté

IR Therapy

My practice is rooted in Relational Intelligence (IR) (from the French Intelligence Relationelle), a therapeutic approach designed to heal dissociation and restore balance to the nervous system through the therapist-client relationship. This method addresses complex trauma and attachment wounds, fostering a safe, co-regulated space for emotional healing and reconnection.

Relational Intelligence integrates findings from neuroscience and attachment research, as well as Internal Family Systems (IFS), to create the conditions for:

  • Self-regulation: Soothing and grounding your nervous system.
  • Co-regulation: Experiencing emotional safety in a relationship.

I also draw on these principles to help you connect with parts of yourself that may carry emotional burdens or protective roles. In IR, the “Self” refers to the calm, compassionate core within each of us that holds the wisdom and strength to bring balance and clarity. By fostering a deeper connection to your Self, we create space for healing and growth.

I do not engage in any activity involving psychedelics, but I welcome supporting people who are on this path with other practitioners.

My sessions are inclusive, and I welcome individuals from all backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+. I hold a trauma-aware, kink-aware, and sex-positive perspective to ensure you feel respected, seen, and supported in a safe and non-judgmental space.

At the core of IR Therapy is the co-regulated relationship between therapist and client. This relationship creates a safe, empathic space where the nervous system can begin to heal patterns shaped by early life experiences.

Many of the challenges we face in adulthood—such as heightened emotional reactivity, feelings of disconnection, or patterns of self-protection—stem from how our nervous system adapted to perceived danger or unmet needs in childhood.

As children, we rely on secure attachment with caregivers to regulate our emotions and develop a sense of safety in the world. When this attachment is inconsistent, unavailable, or marked by trauma, our nervous system may become “stuck” in states of:

  • Hypervigilance (feeling unsafe or overreactive)
  • Shutdown (disconnection or numbness)

These states are protective at the time but often persist into adulthood, even when they are no longer helpful or necessary.

In IR Therapy, the therapeutic relationship serves as a corrective experience.
By providing a consistently safe,
empathic, and attuned connection,
I help your nervous system begin to “relearn”
what it means to feel secure.

This process involves:

Co-regulation

Just as a child learns to calm their emotions through a caregiver's soothing presence, the therapist-client relationship offers a safe space where your nervous system can experience regulation and stability.

Rebuilding trust

The consistent and non-judgmental nature of the therapeutic relationship helps to reestablish trust, both in others and in your ability to navigate emotions effectively. Self confidence, the capacity to enjoy relations in a new way is the possible.

Processing emotional wounds

By exploring past experiences in this safe context, we can address emotional burdens or patterns of self-protection that no longer serve you. It can be experienced as a a liberation from old pains and experiences.

The Path That Led Me To Relational Intelligence

I grew up in the mountains of the south of France, surrounded by nature’s beauty. Wandering through streams and waterfalls was a regular part of my childhood, and it fostered in me a deep love for the natural world. However, as life progressed, I moved to bustling cities in Asia such as Hong Kong, Manila, Guangzhou, and Bangkok. I adapted to warm climates and an urban lifestyle that, over time, left me feeling disconnected from nature and from myself.

When I returned to Europe, living in London brought new challenges. The colder climate, combined with the stresses of a fast-paced city life, began to take a toll on my well-being. I became physically ill on many levels with low numbers of white blood cells, kidney inflammation, constant headaches and my energy levels and motivation were at an all-time low.

Then, spoke to me about the Wim Hof Method. Intrigued, I booked a workshop the very next weekend. The Wim Hof Method has not only helped me reconnect with nature and myself but also improved my health in ways I hadn’t experienced since childhood. Today, my energy levels are higher, my body feels stronger and I’m not having any of the chronic problems that I used to,  I have a deep sense of clarity and purpose. I am able to enjoy nature as well as swimming in all the year’s seasons.

After practicing it so much myself and introducing it to many of my friends, it became natural to become a certified WHM instructor. After studying and practicing for a year I travelled to Poland and successfully became a Level 1 WHM Instructor alongside other passionate souls from all around the world.

I now can happily share the beauty and great benefits that come with the knowledge of this incredible method both on one to one cessions, workshops as well as an addition to other practices during retreats and collaborations with other people and experiences.

Testimonial
“During my sessions with Olivier, I felt an incredible amount of space to truly explore and feel what was present within me.

I later noticed a profound sense of integration that I can’t fully explain, but it really shows in the way I feel.

I deeply appreciate how carefully Olivier listens to the different parts of me and reformulates what the real Nico might truly want.

His care and attention makes all the difference”
