Workshops, Retreats and
Events

I am passionate about creating unique experiences that offer more than just a break from routine. My workshops, retreats, and events are created with the intention to reconnect—with yourself, with others, and with the natural world.

Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing, there is a field. I'll meet you there. When the soul lies down in that grass, the world is too full to talk about. -Rumi

Exploring, learning, healing, playing… together !

Breathwork in group can be a powerful experience

In these workshops, retreats, and events, we step into spaces designed for growth, connection, and discovery. I invite you to explore themes like nervous system regulation, emotional literacy, and finding comfort in discomfort, all while creating opportunities for meaningful community building.

Some of my offerings focus on specific topics, such as Conscious Communication, the Wim Hof Method (including breathwork and cold exposure), or deeper pathways of self-exploration. These gatherings provide an opportunity to dive fully into one area, equipping you with practical tools and insights to support your journey.

Others take a more integrative approach, weaving together multiple practices and perspectives. In these broader retreats, we explore the interconnected dynamics of self, others, and nature, creating room for personal transformation, authentic connection, and a renewed sense of aliveness.

Who might want to join?

These gatherings are for those who might feel a call—a whisper from within—to explore life in depth and mystery. They are for the curious beings, the seekers, the ones who want to step away from the main narratives and reconnect with something more real, more alive.

They are for those who long to experience connection in its many forms: connection to themselves, to others, and to the great unknown that is nature. Perhaps you feel the pull to explore your vulnerability, to sit with what’s alive in you, and to see where it might lead when met with care and presence.

These workshops and retreats are for people who crave authenticity—a desire to show up as they are, to live kindfully and courageously. They are for those ready to step into new ways of being, where strength comes not from resistance but from leaning into themselves and the natural rhythms of life.

And they are for those who sense there is a quiet power waiting to be found—whether in the cold waters of a stream, in the silence of a forest, or in the simple act of breathing deeply. A power that reconnects you to yourself, to the wildness of the world, and to the great unknown that holds so much possibility.

If you feel even a glimmer of resonance, these experiences are for you: a chance to step out of the familiar, explore what lies within and beyond, and rediscover what it means to feel alive.

“Olivier, each time that I receive the gift of your facilitation I am so grateful for the quality of your presence that supports me to dive deep into the places where I need the attention the most.In group settings I see how Olivier cares for the different needs of the group by checking what is needed in the moment. He comes with fresh and exciting practices that invite us to connect to ourselves and eachother in a truely embodied way.I highly recommend giving yourself the gift of participating in Olivier’s proposals.

Collaborations

An epic waterfall adventure with collaborator and friend Thomas Ohlund

I also love collaborating with other practitioners whose work aligns with and complements my own. Together, we co-create experiences that might include yoga, outdoor adventures, circling and/or other practices that enrich the journey of connection and growth.

Whether it’s a single-day workshop, a weekend retreat, or a longer immersive event, my intention is continuous: to provide a supportive and inspiring environment where we can step into deeper alignment with ourselves and those around us, and rediscover the beauty of connection in its many forms to meet needs.
