About this gathering
I have been co-hosting the NVC Online Men’s group since more than 5 years and started to host since November 2025 The NVC Men’s group Face to Face in London !
My aim is to help co-create more spaces where men who have had some experience with NVC can experience shared reality, togetherness, support and presence. To share what is alive, what needs mourning or and celebration or simply to be witnessed, present.
With the intention is to explore life through the awareness of needs between people who have the shared experience of identifying as men.
We usually have a theme that we explore during the evening but any topic that is alive will be welcomed as well.
New to NVC?
If you haven’t yet practiced NVC, you’re still welcome. I simply ask that you read a little about the topic and watch some introductory videos first, then message me to share your interest and we’ll go from there.

- Limited spaces, please register to confirm your spot.
- The evening will include check-ins, sharing, and open exploration.
- Please bring a small snack or dish to share if you can for the break and in between moments.
Theme : Our relationship to father figures
We will invite you to explore this rich topic together.
Nonetheless, if anything else is alive in you during times of sharing, we encourage you to bring that instead of a topic that wouldnt resonate for you. We care a lot more about you being connected to what you are sharing rather than just following the theme.
