Who is Wim Hof?

Wim Hof, also known as the Iceman, is a Dutch athlete and pioneer who became widely known for his extraordinary ability to withstand extreme cold. He has held multiple world records, including prolonged cold exposure, breath holding under ice, and endurance challenges in freezing conditions.
Beyond the feats themselves, his experiences sparked the interest of the scientific community.
Over the past years, a growing body of scientific research has explored the effects of the Wim Hof Method on the nervous system, immune response, stress regulation, and overall physical and mental health.
These findings have helped make the method accessible to a wider audience, allowing people from all walks of life to experience its benefits in a safe and structured way.

My journey with the Wim Hof Method
I grew up in the mountains of the south of France, deeply connected to nature. Years later, after living in large cities, I struggled with low energy, frequent illness, and difficulty adapting to cold.
Discovering the Wim Hof Method marked a turning point. Cold exposure helped my body regain resilience, while breathwork became a meaningful daily practice, reconnecting me to clarity, depth, and what truly matters to me.
With regular practice, my physical and mental health improved, and my relationship to cold and nature transformed. I now love cold environments and often share cold water immersion experiences with others.
After a year of study and practice, I completed my certification in Poland. Today, I share the Wim Hof Method through workshops and retreats, supporting others in reconnecting with their inner strength, breath, and presence.
