About this gathering

I have been co-hosting the NVC Online Men’s group since more than 5 years and started to host since November 2025 The NVC Men’s group Face to Face in London !

My aim is to help co-create more spaces where men who have had some experience with NVC can experience shared reality, togetherness, support and presence. To share what is alive, what needs mourning or and celebration or simply to be witnessed, present.

With the intention is to explore life through the awareness of needs between people who have the shared experience of identifying as men.

We will explore the relationship dynamics we have in our lives, our states of the moment and our needs as well different practices for both learning, practice and NVC consciousness.

The evening usually starts with a little meditation and a check in of everyone, then we will do 1 practice of an NVC skill, and then a longer sharing practice of empathic listening. 

New to NVC?
If you haven’t yet practiced NVC, you’re still welcome. I simply ask that you read a little about the topic and watch some introductory videos first, then message me to share your interest and we’ll go from there.
